      Hi,

      I am looking into having a zoom feature for the image shown inside the Lightbox, is this possible through an option or class? I am a developer, and open to ideas, but I am hoping this is already an existing feature, if not, can I have this as a feature request? I’m thinking the zooming feature is already present in official non-wordpress fancybox pro.

      Will wait for a reply.

      Hi Jomar, welcome on these forums 🙂

      No there is no zoom feature in this FancyBox version. A later version of the Pro plugin is planned to include the newest FancyBox to which you are referring but it’s not ready yet. And I cannot say when, sorry.

      Alright RavenH, any info at least if the new pro version is currently in progress? I have just purchased the pro version, thinking it had fancybox 2 as well, but nonetheless, still happy with the purchase. Also, is the Fancybox 2 going to be an update for the Pro plugin? or is this going to be a separate purchase?

      I cannot say when it will be finished. There is an earlier update planned which does not include FancyBox 2. After that, I think FancyBox 2 for WordPress will come as a separate plugin, not an update to this one. However, current Pro users will get a big discount (equivalent to your current purchase) for that plugin.

      Sorry to hear you had the impression that the Advanced options would include FancyBox 2. I can send you your money back if you prefer to wait for the FancyBox 2 for WordPress release.

      Hi RavenH,

      Wow thanks! I’d like to have a refund and wait for FancyBox 2. Just don’t really need the currently offered pro features, what I was really after was FancyBox2 on the first place. Are there any steps for me to initiate the refund?

      Also, is there anywhere I can subscribe for the FancyBox2 release? I’m all excited and just want to be notified when it’s out, so to purchase FancyBox2 instead. 😉
