Disable fancybox for specific images

  is there a possiblity to disable fancybox for specific images, for example via the setting of an additional css-class?

  Yes there is a class that will disable FancyBox: class="nofancybox" should do the trick for you.
  
  In future versions, the class “nolightbox” will become available too.
