I purchased easy fancybox pro and installed it but I can’t find the settings in medias ! When I was using the free version I could find it but not anymore … any tips ?
Did you deactivated/uninstalled the free version plugin? If so, then install/activate the free plugin again and leave it activated alongside the Pro extension plugin.
I had another question: the popup is not centered, so I don’t have access to the cross (which is hidden by my header) to close it, how can I center it ?
Hi Matthias, the header covering the close button means there is a z-index conflict. If you can share a link to your site, I can take a look and tell you how to fix it.
